Shipping and Returns
- We offer FREE shipping on all PAN India orders worth Rs. 499 or above (value calculated after discounts), which is notified from time to time.
- Rs. 99 for shipping is chargeable for all PAN India orders below Rs. 499.
- We also offer Cash-On-Delivery to many locations across India at an additional charge of Rs. 99. This is an additional charge on top of the shipping charges. You should consider the shipping & COD rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
- We ship our products directly from our warehouse based in Maharashtra. Orders placed are shipped within 24-48 hours. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order. In case of any delay, we will keep you informed via email, WhatsApp or SMS.
- We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday & public holidays. We are associated with reputed logistic partners to help with safe & faster deliveries.

Generally, it takes 5 - 8 business days for the deliveries to happen across India, but in rare cases, transit time is longer due to courier loads, local conditions, festive holidays, natural calamities, rain and a variety of other factors.

Cancellations
We allow order cancellation before your order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped we can not cancel the order.
To cancel before your order is shipped, please write to our customer support team on care@purplepompa.com within 24hours from order placement if you wish to cancel the order along with the reason for the same.
Once orders have been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you don't wish to accept the parcel, you can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.
- For Prepaid orders, Once the parcel comes back to us, the brand will deduct shipping (Rs. 99) and return charges (Rs. 50) from the customer order value while processing the refund.
- In case of Cash on Delivery Orders (COD), No refund of the COD Handling Fees (Rs. 149) shall be provided.
In such cases, if order is approved to be cancelled then the refund shall be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged. To confirm the refund status, we request you to check your bank statement/source of payment.
Note: The order cannot be cancelled once it’s dispatched.
Replacements
At Purple Pompa, we believe in a transparent and hassle-free replacement policy for all products purchased from our website. Each product is crafted with a lot of care and precision.
However, if you ever feel the need to replace a product, due to the following reasons, please feel free to reach out to us, if:
1. Incorrect product received.
2. Product/Package is damaged on receipt.
3. Tampered with, or leaks on arrival. Item(s) are missing from the order due to issues with quality or quantity.
In any of the above cases, we urge you to get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your order. We're here to assist you & your satisfaction truly matters!
Please note, unboxing video of the sealed outer brown box with uncut tapes, shipping label, delivered products and the invoice copy is mandatory for cases related to defects, damages, missing or wrong products delivered.
Email the video and images along with your order details to care@purplepompa.com within 24 hours of the delivery. Once verified by the team, we will send you a replacement (after verification) for the same.
Purple Pompa Customer Support Team will address the query within 2 working days.
Please note that we will be unable to help with returns or exchanges, under the following circumstances:
a) If the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
b) If the product is used or altered by the user.
c) If the product is returned without/damaged original packaging including, price tags, labels.
Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
We do not accept any damage complaints post 24hours of delivery. So please make sure you report the matter to us at the earliest, once we accept the return request.
PLEASE NOTE: We keep the safety and well-being of our customers as a top priority and to ensure the same we do not accept, exchange or return any opened or used products for hygenic purposes.
Purple Pompa is not liable for any damages caused to the product post-delivery.
Refund Policy
Refund will be made subject to fulfilment of above cancellation rules. If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7-9 working days of receiving the request from you.
For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund. COD handling fee upto Rs. 99 will be retained if the order is cancelled after it is shipped (track order). This is just to cover our expenses of shipping and handling charges.
We will not be able to return/replace your products in the following cases
• Opened/ used/ altered products
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
• Returns and refunds are not possible for the skincare category.
